On the reddit post it says a homeless person was sleeping on the porch of a house. The home owner confronted them. And things got aggressive and the homeless person has been barricaded inside for over 2 hours. Not sure the status on the homeowner

The homeless have more rights than we do

Because the homeless have been treated like shit by the government and police departments. They have the same rights as you but they don't have homes and places to live. They basically carry all there belongings with them but when you have a police department that years ago was sued for throwing away personal possessions with malice. Thats why they treat them differently since they don't want a lawsuit

“Does not look like a burglary in any shape or form” do you even know what a response to that is? Something similar to this especially if the person is still inside

Active burglary with a possible hostage ? Or hurt homeowner ?
