We had Joe call in for 4515 State Road. He said that there was an intoxicated male threats to the staff. This male then left walking southbound on State Road wearing a pair of jeans, a backpack, and a jean jacket that had white sleeves on it. A white male, he was also balding. He was extremely intoxicated, also started urinating on the building. We did get another call from someone else saying this male...
