we’ve callled the cops about this dog mutiple times they haven’t done anything
Wow, sorry to hear that. Try dog pound or humane society.
They will charge the owner for not biting someone and being allowed to run around.
i don’t think so both of the owners came back home but i’m not sure if they took it inside
