Person in the driver's side is in an odd position. When the RP drove back in the opposite direction, the van and driver is still there with no change. RP is not sure if this is possibly a medical emergency. Subject is somewhat kneeling in the driver's side seat, partially leaning towards the back seat, one foot hanging out of the vehicle bare, unknown license plate. Units to back 3 Henry 11 David.
