What’s crazy is the woman who struck him was detained after committing a hit and run Class A misdemeanor with a year in prison and she was let go. Victim has now passed away and they let her go. Tell MPD that they dropped the ball yet again and throw the book at her. It’s no longer a misdemeanor. That’s a Class E Felony 1-6 years prison and permanent license revocation. MPD get your sh*t together.
