Cottonwood 36 for reckless driver. Go ahead. It'll be in the intersection of Wasatch Boulevard and Big Cottonwood Canyon Road, 7000 South 3800 East. Time lapse of about 5 to 10 minutes. Complainant was driving in this location. They witnessed a vehicle that was southbound on Wasatch throwing boxes out of the window. Vehicle's a black Toyota Camry.
