Yesterday the Park Police had McDowell totally blocked off near the Tunnel Top for over an hour. There were about 5 SUVs
There were two enforcement vehicles. Suspected to be a theft of some type. Possible smash and grab?
This was at Baker Beach. Look like the rear passenger side door was tampered with or busted open somehow because it looked dented and there was a cover on the window. The car was just towed away.
