Referencing the suspicious vehicle at West 38th Street, Shore Drive. Additional caller is advising that the females were being chased by a black male wearing a black ski mask driving an older model black Jeep. The females had gotten out of their white Kia SUV and fled on foot. The male in the black Jeep, he did flee. The females are back in the SUV and are waiting in the parking lot next to the chase bank with the caller. 436, getting ready to pull up.
