Lancaster 114, the handle 242 just occurred, 16801 East Avenue, P. Paul, at Steve's, Thornton Park. Approximately six kids beat up informant's 5-year-old son at park and recorded it. No adults in area for the kids. Kids are still at location, 902 are declining, tac is 289.
