The complainant's a passerby saying there's five e-bikes in the road sitting in between traffic. They then moved to the northwest corner of the Taco Bell parking lot. E-bikes are going to be dark in color. Again, all units attempt to locate at 1848.

Police received a 911 report of five people on dark-colored e-bikes driving recklessly.

A 911 caller has reported an unconfirmed incident at 12300 S 1300 E.
