All units be advised of reckless drivers in the area of 1300 East Draper Parkway, 12300 South. Time lapse is one minute. The complainant's a passerby saying there's five e-bikes in the road sitting in between traffic. They then moved to the northwest corner of the Taco Bell parking lot. E-bikes are going to be dark in color. Again, all units attempt to locate at 1848.
