I found the secondary fence that looks like it's been cut from where I was walking that field west of. Yeah, keep walking until you hit these little boxes, and then you'll see the entry point right here, where I'm showing my light. Got it.

515, we've tried two sets of heavy boat cutters. That's not cutting through. These are some heavy-duty locks and chains. I copy. Fire's coming. Copy. Can you advise fire? We're on the north side access.
