4240. 40. Alright, I'm going to be code 0. Got a suicide attempt, 5700 block of Wynton Road. Complainant, advised daughter's with mental health issues, has scissors in her hands, refusing to give the scissors to the complainant, poking herself and attempt to arm. She's going to be a 13-year-old female, intermittent explosive disorder, various other mental disorders. Also have a missing, 3900 Rosehill Avenue. Complainant's neighbor, is missing.
