The vehicle has been located, and the immediate area has been cordoned off. This is a very specific incident, and we do believe it is contained at this time. The Oklahoma County’s Hazardous Disposal Unit is en route to assist. Both east and west bound lanes of E Reno Avenue have been blocked from Midwest Blvd to N Towry Drive. Although this is a very specific threat, please remain vigilant at the municipal complex. If you see something out of place or that does not belong, please evacuate the area and contact 911."
