RP advised that they are not sure which one is the driver. Subject number 1 has walked away from the vehicle. Subject 2 and 3 are still 97. They're looking at the vehicle and taking photos of it. It'll be a WMA, 19, 19-years-old, brown hair, last seen wearing a black shirt and black jeans. The third is a WMA, 19, black t-shirt and basketball shorts.

Units route to the 20002, two more teens are back at the vehicle, and there's an additional vehicle, 97 now, with their hazards on.

10 years throughout. The RP advised that it looks like one of the teens is now back at the vehicle, closing the doors. Last seen wearing a white t-shirt and jeans. Possibly four males.
