Suspect's a male, Hispanic, 50 to 60 years, short, gray beard, wearing a baseball cap, dark gray long-sleeved shorts, armed with a knife and a lighter, walking in and out of traffic and trying to fight with passerbys. It's code 3, incident 3235 and RD 1380.
