According to firefighters, all individuals are safe, and most emergency units are being released from the scene.

A rescue boat is launching from the marina to assist near the kayak's reported location.

56th Street, command from control. They said they can see the boat and that they're going the right direction. Two of them are now on shore and one is still holding on to the boot.

Two individuals have reached the shore, while one remains in the water holding onto the boat.

Caller on the phone said the units need to go more right where they are.

 We're keeping them on the phone to maintain visual.

Reports we're getting now are that the persons in the water are going to be at the far north end of the reservoir, up at the Bird Sanctuary.

 Boat C2 is close to launch here and is already launched.

 They should be up there in just a minute.

Man from Ladder 64, I talked to several people at the beach here. They've seen no kayakers.

 Affirmative. Looks straight across from Cove. There's some kayakers directly west on the other side of where you're at. See if you can put up these on them.
