4 D 240. 40. Report of a vehicle theft, 1609 Summit. Complaintant advised that his friend stole his vehicle and his money. He's located the vehicle on Summit and just wants to make a report for the money, but the suspect is now in a physical altercation across the street with somebody else. Code 0. Copy, you can have the hold up until we get someone available. And 3rd shift should be walking on scene as well. I copy. And just information, I don't have a 3rd shift lineup yet either.
