Man Vandalized Car After Collision

Southside two-car, information only, 916 Dolores and San Jose. Occurred on Chenery and 30th. Vehicle was parked. Male driver got out while hit by another vehicle, flipped over and fell, then got out and started 594-ing the vehicle that hit him. Both parties became involved in a 418 (Fight or Dispute, No Weapons) that became physical, told RP to leave and get out of the way. The male who was hit was 15 to follow the other driver home and kill him. The first subject is an AMA, 40s, 50s, gray vest, gray long-sleeved shirt, driving a gray unknown year Mercedes Benz.
