188. A battery just occurred at Target, One South State. Unknown male offender spit on the caller and threatened him, stole some items out of the store. The offender was a male Black adult wearing a gray sweater, blue vest, and plaid pants. He was last seen headed eastbound on Madison by the Circle K.
