I did not immediately begin recording. It seemed like a fire call when I arrived on scene Steve was under control , no knives present .
RFD obtained BP on scene
Individual known to community as Steve. Steve experienced a mental health episode and was safely removed from the area. RFD were on scene for about 10m before police arrived and then AMR less than 5m after - no injuries reported
