Why do we assume the driver is in the wrong? I can’t tell you how many times an e-rider has come flying out from a side street and I had to swerve not to hit them. Ppl on them assume everyone sees them coming and can stop in time. No.

It was a child on his way to school. All because someone was late to work and decided to speed. Phoenix needs to get on these speeders.

Why do we assume the driver is in the wrong? I can’t tell you how many times an e-rider has come flying out from a side street and I had to swerve not to hit them. Ppl on them assume everyone sees them coming and can stop in time. No.
