City's doing work at 24th Street and Shea. Complainant advised that there's a bulldozer that was parked at the just south of 24th Street and Shea. Vehicle's driven southbound through Mountain Preserve. Unknown who was driving or if that person is a city worker. Complainant advised that city worker is going to get intel contact. 1837.
