Attention to a 363, Baker 447. A 363, Baker 447. Secure of 4040 East New York Street. It's a vacant auto repair shop. Complaintant was watching on cameras with a proclimate one minute timed away. Two to three male subjects, one wearing a black shirt, beans, are inside the business, throwing tires and other items. No one's supposed to be there. The owner, he is en route, driving a red Mercedes sedan. EPA 25, 20 to 25 minutes, 300 North, 4000 East. 3M2, 35. 36, 35.
