Alright, we got a commercial alarm coming in that's at 3162 North Clybourn at the construction site. They see an unauthorized person, engine a porta-potty on site. Male, white, about 50, long blonde beard, all dark clothing with his hoodie pulled up. Caller stated no one should be on scene.
