Observed, through cameras, his front door is open. Keyholder out of town. Request deputies to location, tac is 257. Lancaster 114 with the handle, radio 927C, 417A. 140th Street, East Avenue J, John. Informant sees a male adult wearing a red shirt, gray shorts, or pants, is walking westbound on Avenue J, waving a machete around. DP was not waiting. or threatening anyone.
