Go ahead.Mile marker 311, I-15 southbound. RP is in a gray Volkswagen Jetta. Suspect is a white Dodge pickup, won't let RP pass. Also threw something at RP's window. They're going to be in the fast lane. Suspect has temporary plates. Copy, 17 from 500 south.
