Officers advised that the two suspects ran through an apartment complex on Witmer Street and exited through the rear side. They then jumped to another rear side of a structure on Hartford Avenue. The officers have contained the area between Hartford and Witmer as they continue with their search.
Police report the two suspects are on the second floor of a building on South Whitmer.
Police are securing the perimeter around the apartment complex and coordinating unit positions.
An additional unit is requested at Hartford and 5th to assist with the search.
