I was just there! It was crazy, there was a head on collision and then a bit further I was stuck at the light and 8 cops ran by with rifles. A cop told me to not move until he told me to and disappeared.
I saw a f250 with some sort of spiked ram on the front punched through the front of a newer ford mustang about a block or so north of this video. Decent skid marks on the ground
