So we have preliminary information from officers on scene the driver of the semi, and a witness the great SUV in the beginning driver is suspected of being intoxicated behind the Will. He crashed into the semi allegedly, causing the semi to veer off-road, losing control jackknife as you can see by the gouges in the grass and the destroyed guard rail the semi is classified as a total loss by the Tow Truck drivers and people on scene luckily nobody’s injured however, one is in custody right now charged with driving under the influence and possibly additional charges for attempting to flee per our sources on scene. They said the driver of the gray SUV who is now placed in custody for driving under the influence, got out of the vehicle, took off the plate and started to run.
