I seen this around 1:30 btwn 2:30 pm
This is what I am trying to figure out. Seen two cars pulled over by Highway Patrol by chase bank, then on Est. 14th. Then started seeing even more highway patrol vehicles, unmarked cars, and a motorcycle. Seen like 5 cars pulled over and a total of 9 highway patrol just pulling over people. I was going home thank goodness, but what is going on?

This is what I am trying to figure out. Seen two cars pulled over by Highway Patrol by chase bank, then on Est. 14th. Then started seeing even more highway patrol vehicles, unmarked cars, and a motorcycle. Seen like 5 cars pulled over and a total of 9 highway patrol just pulling over people.
