Two men ran down Randall 3 minutes after the shots. One continued to run towards Bolton Ave. The other made a left turn on Underhill Ave & RAN to a white car. & hopped inside a white car that was on Underhill, that white seems to be waiting for him on Underhill. And drove off to Seward
