Copy. Can you have a code 2 for non-fatal at 1701 East 12th? Caller's waiting outside. Says he hit someone on a bike, refused EMS. Caller was in a silver Toyota, but then also said there was an officer on scene. I attempted multiple callbacks with no response, so I'm not sure what officer and EMS didn't respond. But code 2, K, 8674. I copy, code 5.
