Stolen Blue Quad ATV 

 Radio broadcasting to all D4 units, a stolen blue quad ATV taken from Tarkington and Lee.

 The ATV does have an HMS exhaust with blue front shock cover, scratch on the top left bumper,

 Kermax handlebar cover, and back tail light missing with the red cover. Suspect is going

 to be a black male, six foot, gray hoodie, jeans, white and gray Jordans, a COVID mask

 with a necklace with a child photo pendant.
