Probably going to fast and clipped a parked car n rode the tire up then flipped
I didn’t include her for privacy but one of the victims was just wheeled up the hill to an ambulance. She’s upright and looks mostly ok, little scuffed up but doesn’t appear to be in need of emergent medical attention.
