All my units in 6th and citywide, we're getting a call for a person with a gun, 3524 South Carpenter. Five to six male, Black teens standing on a block that don't live there. Parking 18 to 20 years old. They're all wearing ski masks. Three males last seen wearing all black. Two with green hoodies, one with blue jeans. Jacked it over. They were waving a gun in the air. It's not the further, 6th zone.
