Rover just occurred on the beat, 75th and Stony and the Jewels, parking lot. Two male, Black, wearing all black clothing just punched a female, Black with blonde hair, wearing gray leggings and took her purse or bag outside the location. The male just walked into the Jewels parking lot and the female was running after them. 413. 413.
