Units in 15 and citywide, we're getting criminal damage to property, 501 North Central Avenue. Complainant regarding a male resident is destroying property in the building with a metal broomstick. Possible intoxication or mental issue involved. Last seen on the second floor of the men's side. Caller states the police were just there, but they left. No further information.
