That's clear. It's going to be Bingo and West 43rd from a Waze. Advising there's a male walking around with an AR-15 on the sidewalk and in the middle of the street. It's a Black male, 20 to 30, 6'2", wearing a black hoodie with the hood up, light gray track bottoms. He's pointing a gun in the air with a silver stainless attachment. Sergeant to monitor, be en route.
