looks like the person recording this video is on the sidewalk outside of the 99 ranch market parking lot facing west
@zanardi50 yes that’s exactly where I was recording the video from. I do not know if they are townhomes or apartments, but it was one of the units that was in the back of the complex so further west that I believe had caught on fire, although did not see any flames and barely even saw smoke, but there was quite a lot of units of both the fire department as well as Arcadia police who were on the scene

I do not know if they are townhomes or apartments, but it was one of the units that was in the back of the complex so further west that I believe had caught on fire, although did not see any flames and barely even saw smoke, but there was quite a lot of units of both the fire department as well as Arcadia police who were on the scene
