A 13-year-old boy was riding his electric bicycle on the sidewalk when an unidentified man approached and pushed him off, causing lacerations to his face and lip. The suspect fled northbound on Fort Hamilton Parkway and entered the 95th Street/4th Avenue subway station.
The NYPD is seeking the public's help identifying a suspect wanted in connection with an assault in front of 9524 Fort Hamilton Parkway in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn on Monday, April 20 at approximately 4:30 p.m.

13 year old shouldn’t be on those dangerous bikes but the adult should know better. And get off the sidewalk. Maybe the kid almost hit him. I’ve had many close calls with those illegal electric bikes riding on the sidewalk.
