 Off-duty police officer, O'Kong, states that a suspicious light gray Buick, license plate Eddie Charlie Charlie 453,

 Indiana plate, parked in front of the elderly neighbor's house for approximately three days now.

 Officer checked and it doesn't come back to that vehicle on the plate.

 Officer will not be on scene, but can be contacted if necessary.
