Symptoms were foaming at the mouth, fluttering eyes, unresponsive, and heavy breathing. I ran to grab narcan from a nearby place, but the EMTs defense is "money slipped out of his pocket, i tried putting it back in and he assaulted me". Cops arrested him, and when we asked if he would get medical attention (since he clearly needed it) they said "no, hes going to jail". They also picked up a random alcohol bottle off the ground a took a photo of it as "evidence" with a shrug and a "i dont know might as well". EMT also said "youre going to jail so I dont care"
Thrown in jail because after coming out of the seizure she get combative because of coming out of the seizure.
I have a friend who has seizures and this is exactly what happened to her.
A man was unconscious so me and my partner called 911, he was foaming at the mouth while laying on his back on the corner of a public street. EMS showed up and when he was woken up he got combative with the EMT and then about 8-9 officers showed up and arrested him. He clearly needed medical attention but the cops refused and said he’s going to jail
