There had been a hit and run car crash earlier maybe in the lookout for the unlicensed driver
I also have no other information so.. if anyone finds out, let us know lol
So while helicopters in nyc are not unusual, this one is not the norm. Its an NYPD helicopter (not news), its been hovering over the parking garage for about 20 minutes now I think and is locked onto one direction - Astoria. the Met Gala is in Manhattan btw. The helicopter is clearly facing Queens lol and NYPD is not hovering a helicopter for 30 minutes over the aroosevelt Island parking garage for the Met Gala 🤦🏽♀️🤣
