Dispatch, Engine 21's arriving, 35th and 39th. We're going to block 35th. Ladder 2 can be blocked at 36th. Engine 21 has command checking. Ladder 2 received, blocking 36th. Engine 22 with EMS for one with difficulty breathing and an altered level of consciousness. Now apparently they're also slumped over.2915 Chowan Avenue, Map 222 India. Engine 22 for difficulty breathing.
