48 David, 45 David, 12927 on Alda, Arden and Howe. It's going to be in the Old Mimi's parking lot. A White male adult in his 40s, average build, medium to heavy, dark-colored shirt and jeans, was chasing a Black male child, 10 years old. The child ran into traffic to try to get away from the male half, and the male was yelling at him.
