Security's calling about a male Black wearing a black and white sweatsuit that's outside the store, taking his clothes off and hitting himself. Appears to be under the influence of an unknown substance. Call taker could hear the male yelling in the background. Fire is supposed to be en route, and it looks like you have Ambulance 53.
