015 Edward, copy. Earlier tonight, 0137 hours, a vehicle drove into a crowd of people in Oakland at their first Fridays. There was multiple injuries. One subject is expected to lose their leg. The vehicle is registered out of San Francisco. Driver was GOA for Oakland PD. We are trying to set up a 10-36 for this subject to see where their vehicle is. The driver was a BFA in their 20s, 5'2", wearing a black lingerie outfit. The vehicle is a red 2013 Hyundai Genesis, plate of 6 William Edward. King.
