Caller Victor is delivering DoorDash to an apartment complex, and there is a male who's in a vehicle, bleeding from his head. It's going to be a gray vehicle. Caller states that the vehicle was ramming into other vehicles in the parking lot. It's going to be a black male inside of the vehicle, and the male is trying to leave the parking lot. And the caller did give the address of 3061 East 93rd Street. 3061 East 93rd Street.
