I was going to be speaking to a Richard. He's going to be waiting at a Nissan Frontier. He said there were a group of kids on bicycles a short time ago that went through the area. I guess it happened about 15 minutes ago. He said one of the kids pointed a handgun at him. Only description he had was he had a face mask and was a black dirt bike.
