Information for the Taraval 5 regarding a 418 just occurred at Target Soundstown. 285 12, cross of that end. Info only, near the Target, 10-15 subjects were in a physical 418, no weapons seen. RP tried to break it up, but they would not. While on the line, subjects ran off because RP was calling 911. The main aggressor was a Latin female, 16 years old, unknown height. Correction, she was about 5'2", unknown build. No further. Info only.
